Jet Lag Calculator ("we", "us") is a free, browser-based tool. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the site. The short version: the calculator runs entirely in your browser, and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal information.

Information you enter

The trip and sleep details you type into the calculator (time zones, travel date, departure time, age, and habitual sleep times) are processed locally in your browser to generate your plan. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Shareable plan links

If you use the "Copy plan link" feature, the inputs you entered are encoded into the URL so the plan can be recreated by whoever opens it. That link contains those inputs in plain text — only share it with people you intend to. We do not log or track the links you create.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use cookies, local storage for tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics. There is no account system and nothing to sign up for.

Hosting and third parties

• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests the font files.

Children

This tool is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
